Welcome to Photodialogues To respond to an image it is enough to understand it as a visual statement or puzzle that raises visual questions or doubts. Like all statements, a photograph can also be explained, commented on or refuted. Think what an image says and how it says it and try to connect with these contents with your photographic response. Our visual culture sometimes pushes us to look at images only to recognize what it presents to us in terms of its overall subject. For this reason, we propose that you look for new ways to establish relationships between one image and another, that you try to understand their connection and why someone has considered an image appropriate to continue a conversation with someone else. In this web you won't see titles in the images: everything your photos have to say, tell us photographically.

REMEMBER: If you haven’t responded to the opening image yet, you should do so before responding to others. The maximum length of a dialogue is ten images. All photographs sent should be your own. DO NOT SEND PHOTOGRAPHS THAT ARE NOT YOUR OWN. If you have any doubts, visit the How to Start section at the top of this page.
